So once we receive our production, what happens next?
Delivery of the pieces to our Byron Bay HQ is a busy day. From here, we do further quality checks* of each individual piece when we receive the stock into our online inventory system and pack away.
For our select wholesale accounts, we swingtag and barcode each piece before packing into our custom-printed biodegradable polybags. These are made from cassava root starch and are sourced from a great company in Indonesia who we've been working with for the past three years. Because these bags are plant-based, not plastic, they are dissolvable in water, compostable and can also be recycled with paper waste.

When you place an online order with us, our team picks your pieces and individually handwraps each order. We're currently on a red tissue paper and clashing pink sticker buzz but with each collection this packaging is updated and allows us to have some fun with your orders!

We are always receptive to learning of any faults within garments received as customer feedback is vital to our relationship with our manufacturing teams and ensuring continued quality.
