Fit Advice
All stretch fabrics loosen slightly when wet so we recommend for your swim & surfwear to feel snug and firm when tried on dry, on land.
If inbetween sizes, size down for solid colours and consider sizing up for print fabric styles as printed fabrics can run slightly tighter.
For larger busts D+, we do recommend sizing up in tops

Why We Designed This
Over the years, we've held onto small runs of fabric - pieces that didn't fit into seasons, timelines, or trends. Not enough to mass produce yet too much to throw away.
So we waited.
The Salt Gypsy Limited Edition Deadstock Collection is made from those leftover fabrics. Re-seen, re-imagined and finally brought to life.

Is this top adjustable? Yes - adjustable straps and a back tie let you customise the fit.
What does “deadstock” mean? Deadstock fabric is unused, leftover material. Using it helps keep quality textiles out of landfill and makes each release truly limited edition.
Is it reversible? Yes, this bikini top is designed to be worn on either side for extra versatility.
Our Swim is Made from Recycled Materials
Since 2016, we have chosen to source and use ECONYL® regenerated nylon in our surf garments. Why? ECONYL® uses synthetic waste such as industrial plastic, waste fabric, and fishing nets from oceans, then recycles and regenerates them into a new nylon yarn that is exactly the same quality as virgin nylon.
As a small business, we are a constant work in progress doing the best we can with the resources we have. And while we research and sample alternative materials to nylon-based textiles, we will continue to use this next best option of regenerated nylons.

Love it - super easy wearing and great for hanging at the beach. Can be reversed but I prefer the brown contrasting with the blue bind. Can easily adjust the side ties for a higher or lower fit on my hips. So good to support locally made, too!

I love the bralette design but the reason I’ve scored it low is because of the sizing. I got the matching bottoms in large and they fit me perfectly but the top was way too small. I’m quite broad and a C cup so that may explain part of it, but even considering that it was super tight. So I’ll order the XL next time and report back!
